All products sold on this website by SISU ENTERPRISE LIMITED are digital products — specifically, downloadable PDF documents. They are not physical goods and will not be shipped or mailed to you.

Upon successful payment, your purchased digital products will be delivered instantly and automatically to the email address provided at checkout. Once delivered, the files are yours permanently. There is no subscription, no recurring charge (unless otherwise stated), and no physical shipment.
By purchasing, you understand and accept that:
- You are buying digital files (PDFs), not physical products.
- Delivery is instant and electronic — files are emailed to you immediately.
- Digital products cannot be returned, undelivered, or revoked once sent.
- You accept full responsibility for reviewing the product description before purchase.
- All sales are final and non-refundable — see Section 4 below.

4. Strict No Refund Policy — Digital Products
All sales are final. No refunds, no exceptions.
All products sold by SISU ENTERPRISE LIMITED through Maximum Protection are digital products (PDF documents) delivered electronically via email. Because digital products can be accessed, downloaded, and copied immediately upon delivery, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, or credits of any kind, under any circumstances, for any reason.
By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree to all of the following:
- You are purchasing a digital product that is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned."
- You have read and understood the full product description before purchasing.
- You unconditionally waive any and all rights to a refund, return, exchange, credit, or cancellation once payment is processed.
- You agree not to initiate any chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with your bank, credit card company, or payment provider for any completed and delivered purchase.
- Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes will be contested and may result in collection action, account termination, and reporting to fraud prevention databases.
- This no-refund policy applies regardless of whether you have opened, read, downloaded, or used the product.
- Dissatisfaction with the content does not constitute grounds for a refund. You accept full responsibility for your purchase decision.
This policy is in compliance with consumer protection regulations applicable to digital goods. As digital products are delivered in full at the time of purchase, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
Delivery issues only:
If you experience a genuine technical issue with delivery (e.g., you did not receive the email containing your products), contact us at info@maximumprotection.online within 24 hours of purchase. We will verify the transaction and resend the files. This does not constitute a refund — it is a redelivery of the purchased product.

All payments are processed securely through Whop. By making a purchase, you also agree to Whop's terms of service and payment processing policies. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. SISU ENTERPRISE LIMITED reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
